Working in a microbiology lab, you will be performing challenging research on food borne bacteria and their toxins. The research will involve planning and performing experiments, collecting and analysing data, explaining the results and recommending solutions.

You will keep up to date with the latest technology and developments and research new processes and product ingredients to help clients with their food spoilage and cross contamination problems.

If you would like a highly technical job with lots of variety, like thinking on your feet and can work independently or in a team, then this could be for you.
