You will need to complete a degree in Food Technology or Chemistry. Some universities now offer degrees in Nanotech.

In your Food Technology degree, you can choose from a range of electives to pursue your particular interest in Food Chemistry or Nanotech.

Your pay rate will be dependent upon the enterprise activity of your potential employer and you will need to discuss wage rates with them.
